EQUIPMENTS/ASSETS MANAGEMENT

This Management module allows you manage all your assets information effectively. With this module you can track and analyze the performance of your assets, asset’s history, meter readings, hierarchy, warranty information, attachments and user defined fields.

You can use GIS to locate your assets and locations 

 

Track your assets depreciation using several methods:

Straight-line depreciation is the simplest and most often used technique, in which company expenses are the same amount of depreciation each year

Declining-balance also known as the reducing balance method is a type of accelerated depreciation because it recognizes a higher depreciation cost earlier in an assets lifetime.

Sum of Years Digits is a historical depreciation method that results in a more accelerated write off than a straight line, but less than a declining balance or later methods.

 

Manage contracts and warranties, expirations and renewals to keep track of your contracts and warranties records.

Preventive Maintenance

 

Add tasks, vendor information, and comments to follow up the work, attachments and user fields to customize orders and define your own work order hierarchy.

 

Schedule your preventive maintenance for assets using the PM Records module which allows creating periodic work orders based on dates, meters readings or both.

 

Manage work requests from vendors or others organizations and analyze your work load with the system schedule, which show you all your work based on date.
